Fall In love With Taking Care Of  Yourself

The truth is we all need a little self love at times, and yes we deserve it!  We live in an extremely fast and demanding world, yet we feel somewhat alone. WE have the ability to make time for anything and everything.

Here are few things that helped me live with purpose: I call is the Balance Wheel aka The List


  1. Find a sense of purpose.
  2. Rest Often
  3. Find an Exercise/Nutrition Routine.
  4. Challenge Yourself.
  5. Nurture Quality Relationships.
  6. Organise Your Career/Finances.
  7. Find a Hobby.

These are just a few and they helped me immensely.
